people actually watch.

Every brief that leaves this house is built to earn the next second of attention. Not the impression. Not the install. The second of attention before either of those happens. That is the only number that compounds.

03 The problem

Your audience can smell an ad.

The ad you ran in week one is dead in week two. Hooks fatigue, CPAs climb and the in-house team you have is too thin to keep up. Most brands respond by spending more on the same creative. The math gets worse, not better.

There is one variable that actually moves the number. It is not the targeting. It is not the budget. It is the creative, refreshed at the cadence the algorithms now demand.

04 What we run

Three tiers. One operating model.

Start with a single-concept pilot or a full Launch project, then grow into Scale or Dominate once it is working. Partners, not one-time vendors.

Start here
Single-concept pilot Not ready for a full Launch? Start with one concept, one creator, two to three cuts. A paid proof-of-fit before any bigger commitment.

05 How we work

Brief. Cast. Cut. Iterate.

Four phases on a weekly cadence. Each one feeds the next. Speed is the product. The longer your hook lives without a refresh, the more your CPA climbs.

01
Us / 1 day

Brief

Audit your current ads. Pull what your competitors are running. Generate 5 hooks per concept and write the scripts.

02
Creators / 3-5 days

Cast

Match the brief to a hand-picked creator for your category, not whoever is free. Ship product if needed. Phone-shot raw footage back in days, not weeks.

03
Editor / 2-3 days

Cut

Each base video becomes 2-3 ad-ready variations: hook swaps, CTA swaps, length cuts. Captions, pacing and platform specs handled.

04
Us + you / weekly

Iterate

Performance read after seven days. Winning hooks scale. Losing hooks die. Next batch of briefs is informed by what just won.

The cycleFrom brief to live

One cycle runs about a week from brief to live. The first performance read follows after seven days on platform. The next brief starts from what it says.

The compoundCycles teach cycles

Every cycle teaches the next. More data each week, sharper hooks each month. The system gets smarter the longer it runs.

06 Plainly

What you are probably about to ask.

We are early. We are honest about that. Here are the questions a serious buyer asks on the first call, answered before you have to.

Reference cuts

What kind of creative do you make?

We focus on creator-led performance ads: hooks, problem-solution angles, testimonials, demos, founder-style clips, app walkthroughs and offer-led edits. Before we shoot, we build a reference library around your category so the creative direction is clear from day one.

In-house teams

We already have a creative team.

Perfect. We are not here to replace them. We help add structured UGC volume: new hooks, new creators, new angles and platform-specific cuts your team can test alongside existing assets. If you already ship 20 to 40 strong paid-social cuts every month, you may not need us.

Who it is for

Who is this actually for?

Teams already spending on paid social, but running out of fresh creative. If you are testing Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts or Reels and need more creator-style variations each month, this is built for you. If you are still validating the product, we may be too early.

Projects & retainers

Can we start with one project?

Yes. We usually start with one project so both sides can test the workflow, creative quality and speed. If it works, we move into a monthly retainer because performance creative only compounds when you test consistently, not once.

AI tools

Can't we just use AI tools?

Use them. We do too. AI is useful for scripting, draft angles and fast iteration. But the strongest paid-social creative still needs taste, real people, believable delivery and structured testing. The tool is not the strategy.

Workflow

What do you need from us?

A clear offer, product access, past ad learnings if available and fast feedback. We handle creative angles, creator briefing, production, editing and variation building. The better your inputs, the faster we can find cuts worth scaling.

07 Fit

Who we are built for. And who we are not.

If your call is going to end with us recommending you do not hire us, we would rather have that conversation up front. This is who we work with well.

Built for

  • SaaS and AI tools that run paid social or are ready to start
  • AI tool founders shipping faster than their creative
  • Mobile app marketing managers running paid installs
  • Growth teams that already have a media buyer
  • Teams who treat creative as the variable, not the afterthought

Not for

  • Teams with no plan to run paid at all
  • One-off vanity videos with no intent to test what works
  • Teams that want polished brand films, not performance creative
  • Local services and brick-and-mortar
  • Anyone hiring an agency to avoid having a strategy
08 A note

Why this exists.

We are early on purpose. The brief was to build the agency we wanted to hire when we sat on the other side of the table.

The agencies we used to hire produced beautiful films and missed the number. The freelance creators we hired produced volume and missed the brief. Neither could refresh creative at the cadence the algorithm demanded, because neither was operating like a system.

MRKT House is built as a system: hand-picked creators cast per brief, an operating cadence built around the 7-day fatigue cycle and a feedback loop where every read sharpens the next brief. We sound like people who have been the buyer because that is what we are. No client cases yet. The first ones are in production now. Until they land, the work in this site is the work.
